For many years, KEP Technologies Group teams have demonstrated their ability to implement complex industrial engineering projects. The skills and experience acquired in the field allow us to intervene both with project managers and project owners, and as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) in the context of multidisciplinary projects. Our project management know-how gives us control over all project stages, managing deadlines, costs, risks, documentation and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. We have also developed a qualified network of partners and sub-contractors to complement our in-house capabilities and expertise.
Project management is the key to the success of our projects. The Project Manager is responsible for communication with the client, ensuring that requirements and expectations are properly taken into account, monitoring the schedule and budget, coordinating our internal teams, partners and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with documentary requirements. KEP Technologies’s specific project management process integrates tools that ensure optimal coordination and follow-up.
Our design capacity relies on a team of multidisciplinary experts and a network of partners. Our design office uses the most up-to-date design and simulation tools:
- CAD: CATIA, SolidWorks, Autocad, Solid Edge (SIEMENS), Top Solid …
- Multi-physics numerical simulation tools (COMSOL, Solidworks)

Production of mechanical parts and assemblies
Equipped with significant production resources, KEP Technologies integrates a wide range of metalworking technologies and applies in-depth project management.
We manage projects from design to mass production, including qualification and supply chain management to meet all customer requirements for quality, cost and lead time.
More than 20,000 m2 of production space houses our sheet metal, boilermaking, welded mechanics, machining, surface treatment and painting, assembly and erection workshops.
A wide variety of materials are processed here, such as aluminium alloys, hard metals (titanium, stainless steel, inconel), copper alloys, nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys…
Over the years, KEP Technologies has developed a large network of qualified subcontractors.
These partners are subject to regular audits and are selected according to their technical capacities, qualifications and economic performance, enabling us to best meet our clients’ needs.
KEP Technologies conducts significant mounting and assembly. Our mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and integration capacity ensures continued project implementation at KEP sites. Our workshops in Sens, Caluire, Toulouse and Casablanca integrate this in particular, but we can also set up specific assembly platforms for certain projects.
The Group implements all necessary resources for testing and qualifying the solutions developed. Our tools enable us to simulate diverse situations and apply the most extreme constraints. Our capabilities enable us to design the necessary test benches for project qualification. Qualification can be carried out in our factories and/or at customers’ sites (Factory Acceptance Tests / Site Acceptance Test).
Our teams commission our equipment across the world, relying on our local technical teams. The commissioning of delivered equipment or installations always follows a rigorous power-up procedure, in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. We are also familiar with the documentary constraints relating to access to sensitive sites and safety and security requirements.
In addition to detailed, multilingual user manuals, our teams train clients’ teams in the operation and maintenance of installations and equipment. Training can be carried out at our company sites, or on customer’s sites.
KEP Technologies manages and tracks its equipment and installations throughout their operation through a wide range of predictive or curative maintenance services. Our experts can provide complete equipment maintenance on customer sites via simple or heavy maintenance, or remotely through augmented reality equipment.
KEP’s customer support ensures an immediate response and our international presence allows for rapid on-site intervention.
We can also ensure the continued operation of the installations over time, through the monitoring of component obsolescence and the search for equivalents, or the creation of a list of critical spare parts.
