To complete our Service & Support Team in India, we are recruiting a Service Engineer/Manager (Full Time).


Mission

Your roles and responsabilities :

  • Installation, calibration and troubleshooting of analytical instruments by visits or telephonically.
  • Handling AMC contracts, maintenance of new equipment, spare parts and upgradation quotations.
  • Working on CRM for A/S management and Material Management to process all types of work.
  • Timely collection of Payment.
  • Writing detailed service business performance reports after installation and other service jobs.
  • Support on Sales cases for sales related technical questions, tenders & Instrument configuration.
  • Supervising work of the local suppliers or supporting firm.
  • Handling spare part enquiry call from the customer.
  • Product Training to the new joiners and coordinating with the Service Team and
  • the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the product.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Management of Zendesk tickets), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business function.
  • Sets up and maintains service desk.
  • Respond to first level customer inquiries in a timely manner and within service level objectives.
  • Properly manage and document all work performed as part of ticket queue management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
  • Maintain excellent and friendly relations with all customers & ensure to work towards not just customer satisfaction but customer delight.

Profile

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Instrumentation from an Affiliated University or Bachelor’s degree in Science. Having a working experience of 5-8 years preferably from Thermal filed or analytical instrumentation.

Communication should be good can speak good English, being working in a Multi National company. Good Interpersonal skills. Having a good rapport in Market & with customers.

Additional information

Position is open for Delhi/NCR and Mumbai location. Immediate start of the position.

Remuneration to be defined according to experience. Best in Industry, negotiable.
