To complete our Life Cycle Services Team in United States, we are recruiting a Services Technician (M/F) in full time. Your role will be to ensure the commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment in the US and Americas territory.
Any location in the US (Preferred West part).
Mission
LABOR RELATIONS
Reporting to the Life Cycle Service Manager.
Interactions with the sales department, applications, production department, quality department, and global support.
In direct contact with customers.
The purpose of these interactions is to maintain the operational status of our equipment at our customers’ sites.
EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES
As part of the Life Cycle Service process:
- Prioritize and handle customer requests.
- Diagnose and analyze technical problems.
- Provide technical expertise.
- Resolve technical failures and problems.
- Advise customers to ensure the proper functioning of devices.
- Rely on technical experts within the company to resolve problems.
- Ensure the installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Ensure customer training in the use of equipment.
- Write service reports and communicate with the sales team.
- Promote the company’s products and services to customers.
- Train and assist new arrivals and agents/distributors.
RESPONSABILITIES AND SCOPE OF ACTION
Ensure the quality of commissioning, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
The job guarantees the quality of after-sales service and the company’s image through the proper functioning of equipment and responsive service.
Instructions are received as part of the company’s performance objectives.
Profile
SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Technical knowledge in the field of scientific instrumentation, electronics, electricity, and mechanical assembly.
